海が好きで引退したら田舎暮らしする為に購入して賃貸住宅として保有してます。当方沖縄暮らしの為おんなじ様な場所にあってもなと思い売却しようと思います。釣り好き、サーフィン好き、ゴルフ好きには最高な環境だと思います。室内も3年前くらいにクロス張り替えしたので綺麗です。賃借人が退去したら自己使用でも良いし賃貸でも良いと思います。時期はいつでも良いですが賃貸中です。
この物件の良い所は山あり海あり静かな環境で夜は星が物凄く綺麗です。ガレージ付きなので便利ですよ。歩いて金ヶ浜ビーチまでサーフィン、釣りに行けます。イマイチな所はスーパーコンビニ等が車で行く所ですかね。
