I bought two vacant houses three years ago. I am already living in one of them, renovating it as my home. The property for sale is a shop-house. When I bought it, I thought I might eventually use it as a place where townspeople and travelers could gather. However, I have not yet been able to do anything with it, and I felt it was not good to leave it vacant for long, so I decided to let it go.
There was no parking when I bought it, so I removed the storage shed and garage behind the house, which were close to collapsing, and made the site usable as a parking area. I think 3 to 5 cars can be parked. Items left behind by previous owners have already been disposed of. I do not think the residential part needs repairs, but there is a rain stain on part of the ceiling by the window of the Japanese-style room on the second floor of the shop. 購入時駐車場がなかったので、家裏敷地にあった崩れそうな物置と車庫を撤去し、駐車場として使えるようにしました。車は3～5台停められると思います。残置物も処分済みです。住宅部分は修繕の必要はないと思いますが、店舗2階にある和室の窓際天井の一部分に雨染みがあります。店舗部分は何もないので、購入者が自由にリフォームできます。道道1115（摩周湖斜里線）に面しているので、旅行者が立ち寄れる店舗などもよいと思います。清里町で何か始めてみたいという方にはおすすめ物件だと思います。
