The owner is retiring from farming and is selling a residential lot and farmland with large storage sheds convenient for farm work.
All of the farmland is classified as "blue zone" (agricultural promotion land), so conversion of farmland to other uses is not permitted. The farmland consists of 4 parcels within the same district.
