I moved here from the Kanto region and have lived in this house for many years. I love the Ina Valley, with its beautiful nature and relatively mild climate and views of both the Central Alps and the Southern Alps, and I love this sunny, deeply relaxing house. I have now found a place I very much want to live, and for the sake of a new chapter in my life I have decided to part with this house that I am so attached to.
Nakagawa Village offers generous child-raising support (special school lunches, subsidies for housing and land acquisition, etc.) and has many migrants and artists. The village has kept its local community. I would be happy to hand the house to anyone who will enjoy living here, love the house, and use it as the stage for starting a new life.
The house stands on a mountainside with superb views of the Central Alps. While keeping the character of the old farmhouse, it was fully renovated (5LDK) about 10 years ago, including the roof tiles, at a cost of over 10 million yen, so you can start a convenient country life right away. A miso storehouse was also built at that time, so you can store food. Two years ago a solar water heater was installed in the garden, and the bath and kitchen hot water come from it. 中川村は子育て支援が手厚く（こだわりの給食や住宅，土地取得補助金等あり）、移住者やアーティストが多いです。この家を新たな人生を始める舞台として、楽しんで暮らし、家を愛していただける方ならどんな方でも構いません。村は地域のコミュニティーが残っています。
家は山の中腹にあり、中央アルプスの眺望が素晴らしいです。古民家を生かしながら、10年程前に屋根瓦も含め1,000万円以上かけて全面リフォーム（5LDK）してあり、すぐに便利な田舎暮らしを始められます。その際に、味噌蔵も作られているので、食品ストックも出来ます。一昨年庭に太陽熱温水器を敷設し、お風呂も台所のお湯もそこから流れてきます。同時にエコの灯油式給湯器も導入しました。
薪ストーブ愛好家も憧れるイエルカさんの薪ストーブ（ピザやパン，焼き芋なども焼ける）、煙突が付いています。母屋のリビングは無垢材が張られ冬は比較的温かで、台所はアイランドキッチンで和やかな雰囲気で安らげます。天井に明かり取り付き。離れは伝統工法で作られており、空気がいいです。世間の気配がしないので，プライバシーが守られる空間。気が静まります。夏涼しくエアコン要らず。私の感じではここでは深く眠れるので、寝覚めが違います。
母屋と離れを繋ぐ渡り廊下は無垢材とガラス張りのサンルームになっています。押入れには無垢材を使用しています。庭に清水が湧く池があります。衛星アンテナ付。5台程駐車可能です。
