The owner's mother passed away two years ago and the house has been vacant since. For these two years, my elder sister (the current registered owner of the property) and I have carried out maintenance once a month.
The land is about 50 tsubo (approx. 165 m²) and the building (about 50 years old) is a 5LDK of about 40 tsubo (approx. 132 m²). 高崎駅から車で約15分、私鉄利用で約7分と高崎市街地と郊外のバランスが取れた立地だと思いますし、新幹線通勤で都内へも通えますので、仕事は都内、生活は田舎暮らしを希望されている方には理想的な物件ではないでしょうか。電気・水道等インフラも整っていますので、即入居可能です。唯一の難点は給湯に灯油利用している点ですが不便でしたら電気給湯へのお切り替えを検討下さい。ガスは以前はプロパンを利用していましたがIHへの切り替えで現在は使用しておりません。リモートワーク、時々出社、休みに家庭菜園、この様な方に最適だと思います。
