Description
I bought this land in August 2022 to use as a campsite and a place to play in the mountains. Because of my job my home address is now far away and I visit less often, so I want to sell. Land acquisition and development together cost about 15 million yen. The photos show the current condition best. I last visited at the end of March 2025, so weeds have probably grown since then. I would like about two months after the sale is agreed before handover (I want to clear away my personal belongings). I cannot offer compensation for any defects, so the sale is as-is with no warranty (disclaimer of liability).
The property is a 26-minute drive from Hashie Smart IC. There is a facility next door, but nobody lives there. The lot is long and narrow, and the entire long side faces a road. The hardest part of developing a site is the first step, and that is already done, so you can start enjoying it right away.
Specifically, the following are included:
- Parking area
- Electricity already laid on (usable right away once you sign a contract)
- 6 m storage container (lockable, with plenty of materials and tools)
- 9 m rest container (lockable; shower, refrigerator, Simmons king-size bed, sofa bed, table, desk, washing machine, kerosene water heater, 1,000 L fresh water tank)

Drinking coffee sitting on top of the 9 m container is the best. Also, water can be drawn within 5 minutes by car at 100 yen per 100 L (a 300 L tank that fits in a car trunk is included, along with an electric pump to move water up to the tank on top of the 9 m container). A convenience store is 10 minutes away by car. The land is in an urbanization control area, so building is not allowed.

キャンプ場や山遊びの場所として使いたくて購入しました。購入時期は2022年8月です。仕事の都合で住所が遠くなり、行く機会が減った為手放したいと考えています。土地取得費用と開拓費用で1,500万円ほどかけました。今の状況は写真を見ていただくのが分かりやすいかと思います。2025年3月末を最後に行ってないので、雑草は生えてしまっていると思います。引き渡し時期は売買確定してから2か月程頂きたいです（私服等片付けてからお渡ししたいです）。不備あっても補償できないので、現状有姿、免責でお願いします。
波志江スマートICから車で26分です。隣に施設ありますが、人は住んでいません。縦長の敷地の長辺部分すべて接道しています。開拓最初の1歩が一番しんどいですが、そこは既に済んでいるのでイキナリ楽しんで頂けると思います。
具体的には、駐車場、電気敷設済（契約すればすぐ使えます）、倉庫用6mコンテナ（鍵付き、資材、工具も充実）、休憩用9mコンテナ（鍵付き、シャワー、冷蔵庫、シモンズのキングベッド、ソファーベッド、テーブル、デスク、洗濯機、灯油給湯器、1000Ｌの上水用タンク）、トイレ（雨水タンクで流せる）、2トンユンボ（ラジエーター故障、20分稼働と水補給を繰り返せば使えます）、フォークリフト（地面悪くスタック）、運搬車、防犯用ソーラーカメラ等が揃っています。
9mコンテナの上で座って飲むコーヒー最高です。その他、車で5分以内の所で100Ｌ100円で水が汲めます（トランク車載できる300Ｌタンク有、9mコンテナ上にあるタンクに汲み上げる電動ポンプも付属）。コンビニまで車で10分です。市街化調整区域なので建築はできません。
