Description

現在空き家の平屋の物件になります。ポツンと一軒家風で、隣に家はなくゆっくりと田舎暮らしをしたい方にとてもオススメです。
隣には高床式の部屋があり、8畳くらいの部屋で軽トラ又はセダンの車両でしたら下に車庫として駐車可能な高さです(170cmほど)。床の木がダメになっていたので、剥がして現在一部の部屋は床が無い状況です。当方で修復も可能でしたが、DIYをやりたい方もいらっしゃるかなと思い現状そのままになっています。修復に手間がかかりそうです。
