I bought this property intending to live a self-sufficient life and run a yakiniku (Korean-style BBQ) restaurant in the large prefab building. However, my other business has become busy and I may have to move far away, so I am reluctantly selling.
The previous owner said the soil is rich in nutrients and that anything grows well in it. There is a utility pole on the land, which brings in about 1,500 yen of income per year.
The house has been vacant for several years, so the condition of its equipment and fixtures is unknown. I have contractors do weeding twice a year and remove snow from the roof. The property can be handed over immediately. Renovation may be necessary, so this has been factored into the price.

空き家になってから数年経過しており設備等の使用状況は不明ですが、年に2回の草刈りと屋根の雪下ろしは業者に依頼しております。時期はすぐにでも引渡できます。リフォームが必要になるかもしれませんので加味した価格にしました。
