Description
My father and mother lived in this property until 2019 (Reiwa 1). After my father passed away and I took my mother in to live with me, the property became vacant. Because they were living here right up until then, small items, furniture and belongings accumulated over many years have been left as they are.
Two houses stand on the same lot. The other house has been vacant for about 10 years. Both are owned by my mother. Including the garden, the lot is about 100 tsubo or more. The garden is spacious, and before the property became vacant it was well maintained in the style of a Japanese garden.
Points to note: the lot is L-shaped, the houses sit on elevated ground reached by climbing stairs, and the parking entrance is narrow and parking is on a slope. Parking fits one large car, or two small cars in tandem. Because of the gate posts, parking is not easy. A local real estate agent valued the property at 5,000,000 yen, so we hope for a price higher than that.

令和元年まで実父と実母が暮らしていました。実父が亡くなり実母を引き取ったため、この物件が空き家になりました。直前まで暮らしを営んでいたため、細々としたものや家具、長年溜め込んだものはそのままです。同一の敷地に二棟住居が建っています。もう片方は10年ほど空き家です。どちらも実母の所有です。庭も入れると100坪以上はあるイメージです。庭は広いです。空き家になるまえは手入れされた日本庭園風でした。
土地がL字で、階段を登った小高いところに家があること、駐車場の入り口が細くかつ斜面に駐車しなければいけないことです。台数は大きめの車だと1台、小さめなら縦列で2台可能です。門柱もあるため駐車はしづらいです。地元の不動産業者から500万円と言われていますのでそれ以上を希望します。
