Description
A single-story holiday home (it could also be called a vacant house). Because of snowfall in winter, the owner visits about 3 nights and 4 days per month between April and October each year to cut the grass and clean the garden. The single-story house and the garage were built in 1977, so the building is now 47 years old. A Seven-Eleven (Kakeyu Onsen store) is about 5 minutes away by car, and the owner buys food there almost exclusively.
The house layout is two 8-tatami rooms, a kitchen and a toilet. The owner wishes to sell it as-is. Items such as a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, electric brush cutter, electric chainsaw and electric saw are available. There are also an old electric massage chair, fishing gear and other items. Fixed costs of living here are property tax, neighborhood association fees, water charges and electricity charges.
The owner would like the new owner to be someone who can get along well with the next-door neighbor. The neighbor works in the automotive field and owns many cars and motorcycles for parts, which are placed everywhere inside and outside the neighbor's property. There is no bath. You can go to Kakeyu Onsen, about 5 minutes by car, for day-trip bathing. The house is a gas-type home, but no propane gas contract is in place, so there is currently no gas. The owner mainly uses an induction cooking heater and a portable gas stove. There is a swing and a horizontal bar in the garden, but the paint is peeling.
The following repairs were carried out, so the asking price has been changed:
- April 2024: Part of the roof was re-covered. This repair eliminated the roof leak.
- April 2024: The toilet was replaced with the latest water-saving type.
- May 2024: The entire exterior was repainted. Note that because of the thickness of the paint, the back kitchen door no longer opens.

平屋の別荘です（空き家ともいえますが）。冬は降雪があるので、毎年4～10月の間に、庭の草刈りや掃除のために3泊4日/月ほどの頻度で、こちらを訪れ対応しています。平屋と車庫は昭和52年建築ですので、現在築47年となります。セブンイレブン鹿教湯温泉店が車で5分ほどのところにありますので、もっぱらこちらで食料調達しております。
平屋の間取りは8畳2部屋、キッチン、トイレです。こちら現状渡しとしたいです。 冷蔵庫、レンジ、洗濯機、電動刈払機、電動チェーンソー、電動ノコギリなどあります。 更に古い電動マッサージチェアや釣り道具などがあったりします。こちらに住む際の固定費として、固定資産税と自治会費、水道代と電気代がかかります。
おとなりさんと仲良くできる方に、当物件のオーナになっていただきたいです。おとなりさんは、車関係の仕事をしていて、部品取りのため、多くのクルマやバイクを所有しており、それらはおとなりさん家の内外いたるところに置かれております。ですので、一本道である途中の道路やこちらの敷地にも、一時的ではありますが、クルマ・バイク・その他部品などなど置かれたりします。でも、声掛けすれば、すぐどけてくれるので、まったく問題ありません。（ただし、おとなりさんが留守の時は翌日対応になっちゃいます。マイカーは一本道にそのまま放置しています。）
別荘として利用される方、もしくはリフォームして本気で定住される方にお譲りしたいです。おとなりさんともコミュニケーションができそうな方のお問い合わせ、お待ちしております。（ちなみに不動産屋さんにも声掛けさせていただきましたが「事業性ゼロで買い取れません」と断られました。）
お風呂がありません。車で5分ほどで鹿教湯温泉に行き、日帰り入浴できます。ガスですが、プロパンガスの契約をしていませんので、現在はありません。もっぱらクッキングヒーターとカセットコンロを使用しております。庭にブランコ、鉄棒がありますが、塗装がはげています。
以下の修繕を実施したため、希望価格を変更させていただきました。
・2024年4月：屋根の一部を張替えました。この修繕により、雨漏りは解消しています。
・2024年4月：トイレを最新の節水タイプに交換しております。
・2024年5月：外装すべてを塗り替えております。なお、塗装の厚みによって、勝手口が開かなくなっております。
