最寄りの土気駅まで徒歩で25分くらいです。途中にコンビニエンスストアもあります。車ならインターからのアクセスもいいです。陽当たりがよいので家庭菜園に適していると思います。またはセカンドハウスの建築などいかがでしょうか。毎年の固定資産税はかかっていません。
電気は、隣や近隣に居住している方がいるので電気の引き込みはできると思います。東京電力へ問い合わせたところ、電気工事業者に現地を見てもらうのがよいとのことでした。水道は、千葉市水道局のHPに掲載されている管網図を確認すると、土地前面の道路には水道管は来ていないのが確認できました。配管の相談は水道局事業所でできるそうです。地域的に井戸水を使っているケースもあるとのことです。
