Land for sale inside Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park.
This land was developed by the owner as a villa development site. The city development corporation needed land to install the Ashizuri Misaki simple water distribution reservoir to relieve the chronic water shortage in the Cape Ashizuri area, and this is the remaining portion of the land after the reservoir site was taken. The land lies within Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park, and development permission was granted under the conditions described above. It is thought that developing another 540 tsubo of land in this area will not be possible in the future.
The land is currently divided into 6 lots, each with its own drainage gutters installed. Ideally the owner would like it to be bought by one or two buyers. The corporation purchased land from the owner in 1997 at 40,000 yen per tsubo. The owner is elderly and would like to sell as soon as possible.
