Description
This is a flat site of 1,613 tsubo (approx. 5,334.81 m²) that was originally used as the residential plot and fields of a ranch farm.
The registered land categories are residential land and miscellaneous land, but most of the site was used as fields, so with a little land clearing it can be used as farmland right away.
The property is located about 5 km up into the hills from the national highway, so it cannot be called convenient, but the center of Yakumo, with its hospital, supermarkets, home improvement centers and more, is about 20 minutes away by car. The town clears snow even in the snow season, so there is no need to worry about daily life.
You can catch yamame (masu salmon) in the nearby Nodaoi River, and out at sea you can catch hokke (Atka mackerel), flounder, ainame (greenling) and more, so you can enjoy both sea fishing and stream fishing. Many hot springs are scattered around the area, including Sakurano Onsen and Ginkon-yu Onsen, making this an excellent environment for enjoying a relaxed country life.

もとは牧場農家の宅地や畑として利用されていた1613坪の平坦地です。
地目は宅地と雑種地ですが大部分が畑だったので、少し開墾すればすぐに畑として使えます。
国道から5kmほど山手に入った場所なので、便利とは云えませんが、病院・スーパー・ホームセンター等の揃う八雲の市街地までは車で20分で行ける立地です。積雪期でも町が除雪をしてくれるので生活にも心配はありません。
近くを流れる野田生川ではヤマメが釣れ、海へ出ればホッケ・カレイ・アイナメ等が釣れ、海と渓流の両方の釣りが楽しめ、周辺には桜野温泉や銀婚湯温泉をはじめ、多くの温泉が点在しているのでのんびりと田舎暮らしを楽しむには最高の環境です。敷地内には住宅として使われていた古家もあり、大規模なリフォームは必要になりますが、まだ使えそうな建物です。
