The construction date was checked against the closed registry record, which states the building was newly built in 1914 (Taisho 3). The registered residence and the weaving factory (east side) are currently joined as one structure. The bathroom in the attached building no longer exists. The toilet reportedly collapsed in the past.
The owner cannot maintain the building and wishes to dispose of it. If a sale does not seem likely, demolition is also being considered.

西奥の８畳間 床抜けあり。トイレはありません。建築年月日閉鎖謄本にて確認したが、大正３年新築記述が確認される。登記上の居宅と織物工場（東側）は現在一体となっている。また、付属建物の浴室は現状無い。トイレについては、以前に倒壊したとのこと。
建物の管理ができないので処分したい意向。売却できそうになければ解体も検討。
