Description
The city of Fukutsu owns the land and building (hereinafter "the Property") where a private operator previously ran a ryokan (inn) business. The city has been considering how best to make use of the Property going forward.
Based on a sounding-type market survey of private operators and a real estate appraisal, the city has decided to transfer the Property for a fee, subject to conditions, with the aim of using it through private-sector vitality.
The city is seeking an operator who can use the Property for purposes that contribute to tourism promotion, in order to improve convenience and circulation for visitors in the Tsuyazaki Senken area and lead to an increase in the number of tourist visitors and greater tourism spending.
