The raised tatami room is fitted with an irori (sunken hearth) and a hi-dana (hearth shelf), giving the house the look of a holiday cottage. The site is spacious at 124 tsubo (413 m²), and if well water can be used, you could enjoy a kitchen garden and the like.
Notes and defects:
- The registered land category of both the land the house stands on and the access road in front (co-owned, with 20 co-owners) is still mountain forest.
- The servient land along the access route (a passage easement has been set up, with the road in front as the dominant land) is narrow in width, and the paving has noticeably deteriorated.
- The shared well water supply cannot be used because of poor management and deterioration, so as it stands the property is difficult to live in as a residence.
Work required:
- Inspection/renovation of the water supply and drainage pipes for the bathtub, toilet, etc.
- Repair of the sloping terrace floor.
- Removal of the step at the boundary to allow parking.

住宅が有る土地と前面道路(共有持分20名)の登記地目が山林のままであり、途中経路の承役地（通行目的の要役地地役権設定）の幅員が狭く舗装劣化も顕著です。共同井戸水道は管理不全や劣化等で使用不可である為、居住用としては現状のままでは困難です。
＊浴槽・便所等の給排水管の点検/改修、テラス床面の傾き補修、駐車の為の境界段差解消/共同井戸修繕/新規ボーリング工事が必要。
