This is a log house inherited from my father. It is a two-storey building with a loft and can sleep about 4 people at the same time. My father bought a Bigfoot kit and built it himself. It is currently used only a few times a year for maintenance. The exterior looks old, but the interior is relatively clean.
The house is located in a wooded area developed by a local real estate company, with other log houses scattered around it. It is equipped with electricity, a simple flush toilet, a water heater, a kitchen, a shower and a wood stove. Appliances such as the washing machine, refrigerator and LCD TV can be handed over as well, so the house can be used right away. I would like to transfer it for roughly the cost of the maintenance incurred since inheriting it plus fees. It can be handed over immediately.
Hot springs and a supermarket are within 20 minutes by car, and golf courses and ski resorts are easily accessible. Even in summer the nights are cool and air conditioning is not needed. Snow does not pile up much in winter. Thanks to the wood stove the house is warm in winter, and the toilet has a heated seat. Water is pumped from a nearby well into an underground storage tank buried on the property. Each time the tank runs empty, it must be refilled from the well using a simple electric pump.

父から譲り受けたログハウスです。ロフト付きの2階建てです。同時に4人程度が宿泊可能です。建物は父がビッグフットのキットを買い自分で建てました。現在はメンテナンスのために年に数回通う程度になっております。外見は古いですが中は比較的綺麗かと思います。
現地の不動産会社が開発した山林の中にあり、周囲はログハウスが点在しています。電気、簡易水洗トイレ、給湯器、キッチン、シャワー、薪ストーブを装備しています。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、液晶テレビなど電化製品はお譲りできますので、すぐにでも利用可能です。譲り受けた後にメンテナンスにかかった費用と手数料分程度でお譲りできればと考えています。すぐにでも譲渡可能です。
車で20分以内の距離に温泉やスーパーがあり、ゴルフ場やスキー場までも好アクセスです。夏でも夜は涼しくエアコンは不要です。冬もあまり雪は積もりません。薪ストーブのおかげで冬も暖かく、トイレには温水便座をつけています。水道は近くの井戸から地下に埋設した貯水タンクに汲み上げて使用しています。タンクが空になる度に井戸から簡易電動ポンプで汲み上げる必要があります。
