I bought this property because I was interested in renovating and using an old building and land myself, and because I was drawn to its convenient location (a 10-minute walk from Mihara Station) and the traditional atmosphere of the building. The land is approx. 150 m² (approx. 45 tsubo), and there is an old house of approx. 50 m² on the site.
When I bought it, I was considering renovating the building to use as a residence or a small base. However, I am now building my work and life base mainly in Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, and it has become difficult for me to travel to Mihara to carry out the renovation. Rather than keep owning it without using it, I decided to sell it to someone who will make use of the building and land.
The old house will be handed over in its current condition. Whether you renovate the building and make use of it, or think of a new way to use the land, I hope the buyer will feel free to enjoy it as they like.
The asking price is stated below. The building is a wooden structure in a skeleton state (interior stripped back) and rebuilding is not allowed on this property. 古い建物や土地を自分たちで手を入れながら活用することに興味があり、三原駅からも比較的近い立地(駅から徒歩10分)と、昔ながらの建物の雰囲気に惹かれて購入しました。土地は約150㎡（約45坪）で、敷地内には約50㎡の古家があります。
購入当初は、建物をリノベーションして住居や小さな拠点として活用することも考えていましたが、現在は福岡県糸島市を中心に仕事や暮らしの拠点をつくっており、三原まで足を運んで改修を進めることが難しくなりました。このまま使わずに所有し続けるより、建物や土地を活用してくださる方へお譲りしたいと思い、今回売却することにしました。
古家は現況のままでのお引き渡しを予定しています。建物を活かして改修するのも、土地として新しい使い方を考えるのも、購入される方に自由に楽しんでいただければと思っています。
