以前から、自然の近くに小さな拠点を持ち、自分たちで手を入れながら活用していくことに興味があり、この土地を購入しました。海や山が身近にある神浦の環境に惹かれ、将来的には小さな建物を建てたり、週末の拠点として使ったりできればと考えていました。購入後も土地として所有してきましたが、現在は福岡県糸島市を中心に仕事や暮らしの拠点をつくっており、長崎まで足を運んでこの土地を活用する機会をなかなかつくれない状態が続いています。せっかく所有していても、このまま使わずに持ち続けるより、神浦の環境を気に入ってくださる方や、実際にこの場所を活用してくださる方へお譲りした方が土地にとっても良いのではないかと思い、今回売却することにしました。
