Description
This is a house I bought in 2019 with the aim of living a nearly self-sufficient life in the countryside. I renovated it, grew vegetables in the field using natural farming methods, and have continued to maintain the garden.
After the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, I now live mainly in Kanazawa because of work, so I use this house like a holiday home. Because of the earthquake, some of the roof tiles on the ridge fell, but this has already been repaired. There are some cracks in the walls, but the building is not tilted, and overall it does not appear to have suffered major damage. I am very fond of this house and still travel back and forth, but I plan to move to a rural area closer to Kanazawa, so I am considering selling it. There is also a shed next to the house.

The Kanakura area is a region with beautiful satoyama (countryside) scenery.
