This is a plot of land my family once lived on. We now live in another prefecture and have no plans to return, so we have decided to sell it as part of estate organizing during our lifetime. We began preparing several years ago, and all work needed for building is complete: demolition of the old house, boundary determination, and paving of the private road.
The private road giving access to the lot is certified as a designated road (位置指定道路) under the Building Standards Act, and the residential lot has had a confirmed survey. The land can therefore be built on as soon as you buy it.
The surrounding area is a Category 1 Exclusively Low-Rise Residential Zone, close to the sea, a river mouth (fishing port) and the university, with a calm, quiet living environment. It is a gentle area where a daily walk is a pleasure and which suits raising children. JR station and a supermarket are within walking distance, so daily convenience is well covered.
One point to note: the city road leading to the site (about 280 m long, about 2.8 m wide) is somewhat narrow, and because sewerage has not yet been installed, a septic tank will be required.
