It is a 36-minute walk to the station. A newly built road is a short distance away, and you can reach the station along a nicely paved road. この土地は昔親戚のおばさん→母→私が引き継いだ土地です。既に私に名義変更した土地となり今回売却を検討しています。駅までは徒歩36分で新しくできた道に少しで行けてきれいな道路から駅までいけます。私道の前の物件は広いお庭のある物件で家を建てた後も見通しが良く新築した窓からは住宅密集で前が見えない、、とはなりません。ちょっとだけ田舎ライフで1，2人の方の家を作るにはもってこいです。叔母は当時2DKの家を作り、一台くらい車おけるスペースって感じでした。2階建てにしたら、2LDK+S以上にできそうです。最寄りの小学校まで徒歩9分くらいです。中学校は徒歩28分です。車5ー7分程度でみらい平駅に行けます。
そこまで駅に遠くなく、広い新しい道で駅に行けます。市街化調整区域であるため、新築を建てるとき条件があるかもしれません。私道メインになりますが、向こう側に家がありますが、大きなお庭の家なので新築されたとき、目の前がきれいな庭なので圧迫感がなく、気持ちよくすごせるのではとおもいます。時期はいつでも。
