Until 2013, the seller's father-in-law, a university professor, used this villa year-round together with his wife and daughter's family. The land (699 m²) was purchased in the late 1970s (latter half of the Showa 40s). The main building is approx. 40 m². A second-floor addition of approx. 25-30 m² was built in the early to mid 1980s (latter half of the Showa 50s), and a separate annex of 20-25 m² was built around 1996-1997 (Heisei 8-9).
When the property was inspected in October last year (2025) for the first time in 12 years, part of the veranda floor had given way, so caution is needed. 昨年令和7年10月に12年ぶりに点検に行ったところ、ベランダは一部床が抜けるところがあり、注意が必要です。別棟の階段も一部抜けるところがあり、注意を要します。部屋の中は全て良好で、直ぐ使えます。2Fにはダルマストーブがあり、スキーシーズンには役に立ちました。
