Description
This house is located in a villa (resort) area close to Mount Koya in Wakayama, a World Heritage site with famous temples nearby. It is a detached house in Kudoyama Town, a place associated with the famous Sanada Yukimura. At the foot of the mountain (about 5 minutes by car) there is a river where you can fish for ayu (sweetfish), and there is also a campsite, so many families visit in summer. It is a spiritual place surrounded by mountains, a river and temples, with very beautiful scenery. In winter, there also appear to be places to ski nearby. Almost no one lives in the surrounding area; it is a true mountain road setting and very quiet. Wild deer and other animals pass right in front of the house. It is ideal as a secret hideaway. Parking space is available.
Electricity, gas and water are connected, so the house can be used as-is right away. At the edge of the garden, waste collected from cleaning the outdoor areas has been gathered; the plan was to bury it in concrete as it is, so it remains there. There were rain leak stains from the time of purchase, but at present there are no leaks, and I have been told it was repaired previously. こちらは、世界遺産でもある和歌山の高野山、有名なお寺が近くにある別荘地にあります。九度山町という、かの有名な真田幸村ゆかりの地にある一軒家です。山のふもとには(車で5分ほど)、鮎釣りもできる川が流れていて、キャンプ場もあるので夏は家族連れが多く見られます。山と川、お寺に囲まれたスピリチュアルな場所で、とても美しい景観です。冬は近場にスキーができるところもあるようです。周りにはほとんど誰も住んでおらず、本当に山道で、静寂です。野生のシカなどもすぐ家の前を通ります。秘密基地としては、これ以上ないほど、最適です。駐車スペースもあります。
電気、ガス、水道も通っており現状ですぐに使用できます。庭の端に、屋外を掃除した際の廃棄物を集めていて、そのままコンクリートで埋める予定にしていましたのでそれが残っています。購入時から雨漏りあとはありましたが、現況、雨漏りはなく、以前に修理済みと伺っています。年間の管理費は別荘地としてはかなりリーズナブルです。山の中なので、本当に静寂で大自然を満喫できます。この先に家が建っていないので、誰にも会うことがありません。たどりつくまで少し険しい山道があるので、ミニバンタイプの車だと入口、管理事務所前までは可能ですが、家の前まである最後200mほどの山道は、軽自動車か普通自動車で大型ではないタイプなら入れます。
避暑地として購入し、DIYをしながら敷地内で野菜を作ったり山暮らしを楽しむ予定でしたが、急遽、家族の都合で海外移住となり、管理ができなくなってしまうため、自然や山、DIYが好きな方に引き継いでもらえると嬉しいです。早期のお取引を希望します。賃貸ご相談も可能です。
