We have decided to sell our family home, a detached house built 54 years ago (1972). My parents lived here for many years. My father passed away about five years ago, and my mother now lives here alone, but because of her age she plans to move into a care facility as soon as a buyer is found.
On the 1st floor there is a living room, a kitchen and an inner room. On the 2nd floor there is one tatami room and one flooring room, plus a spacious veranda. At one time five people lived here, so the house can accommodate a family of about that size.
The property is located in Nishi-Oita in a relatively quiet environment. Basic facilities and shops needed for daily life are almost all within walking distance. A community bus operates, and by transferring at Nishi-Oita Station you can also reach central Oita City.
