Due to a move to another prefecture, I have decided to sell the house in a Nasu villa area where I have lived for about seven years. I considered keeping it as a vacation home, but it is an 8-hour drive away, so I would like to pass it on to someone who can take over this environment.
This is a 2LDK house in a villa area at an altitude of about 450 m in Nasushiobara, and it comes with a permanent right to use 54°C hot spring water (the right is valued at 3,000,000 yen). With the basic fee you can use up to 30,000 liters per month, which is more than enough water volume even if you use it every day. There are quite a few hot-spring properties in Nasu, but most of them have water at only around 30°C and need heating, and the ones that do not need heating are mostly in inconvenient places at much higher altitudes.
The 200-tsubo site has many large trees left standing, so the villa feels like it is in a forest. Having many trees brings its share of work, but many wild birds visit and are soothing. I would be happy to hand this over to a nature lover who will keep these trees. The villa area is close to the towns of Nishinasuno and Kuroiso, and I think it is quite a convenient place to live. 那須塩原市の標高450ｍほどのところにある別荘地内の2LDKで、54度の温泉の永久使用権（300万円）が付いています。基本料金で月30,000リットルまで使用できますので、毎日使用しても十分すぎるほど湯量です。那須には温泉付き物件が結構ありますが、そのほとんどが加温が必要な湯温30度ほどのところが多く、加温が必要の無いところはそのほとんどが標高がかなり高い不便な場所になります。
200坪の敷地内には大きな木を多く残しており、別荘は森の中のイメージです。木が多いとそれなりの苦労もありますが、多くの野鳥が訪れ心を癒してくれます。この木々を残し、自然の好きな方にお譲りできれば幸いです。別荘地は、西那須野や黒磯の町にも近く、住んでみると中々便利な場所と思います。別荘地内での決まりなどもありますのでご興味ある方はお問い合わせください。詳しくご説明させて頂きます。
