I bought this land two years ago because I wanted a place where I could camp privately on my days off. It is about 83 tsubo (274.38 m²) of private outdoor land. I enjoyed day camping and DIY projects here, but I am now moving and can no longer commute to it, so I would like to pass it on to someone who will make good use of it.
The setting is rich in nature, alongside a stream, close to mountains and a river. It is recommended for people whose hobbies are outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, camping and glamping. It is ideal for weekend use.
Apart from a vacant house next door, the nearest neighbouring house is about 200 m away, so you can enjoy a private space. It is about 10 minutes by car from Hatsukari Interchange and about a 20-minute walk from Hatsukari Station. There is also an existing foundation left over from a construction project that was never completed (please check with the relevant parties whether it can be used). You could build a house, log house or tiny house to fit it.
For reference: there is a utility pole on the land, so electricity can probably be connected. There is no public water or sewage; I drew water from the neighbouring stream. A composting toilet is worth considering. Parking space is available. Monkeys have appeared on the land. I am looking for a buyer who will take it as-is.

休日にプライベートでキャンプできる所を探して2年前に購入しました。約83坪のプライベートアウトドア用地です。デイキャンプやDIYなど楽しみましたが、この度引っ越しすることになり通える距離ではなくなったので有効に使っていただける方にお譲りしたいと思います。自然豊かな環境で、沢沿いで山や川も近く、ハイキングや釣り、キャンプ、グランピングなどアウトドアを趣味にする方におすすめです。週末利用に最適です。
隣に空き家がある以外は隣家まで200m位離れてますのでプライベート空間を楽しめます。初狩インターチェンジから車で10分位、初狩駅からは徒歩20分位です。あと、建設途中で残された既存基礎があるので（利用可否は買主様にてご確認ください）それに合わせて住宅やログハウス、タイニーハウスを建てるのもいいと思います。
参考までに、電気は電柱が建ってるので引き込めると思います。上下水道は無し、水は隣の沢から汲んでました。トイレはコンポストトイレを検討されるといいと思います。駐車スペースはあります。猿が出没したことがあります。現状のままで引き取ってくださる方を希望します。
