I bought this property from an acquaintance about 10 years ago. After buying it I began thinking about what to use it for, but nothing came to mind, and that is how things stand today. It is currently vacant. The field (430 m²) has become overgrown with grass.
Inside the single-story house (approx. 77 m²), it does not appear to leak when it rains, but the floors are soft and spongy. The toilet is a pit (vacuum-collection) type. The bath is a wood-fired bath located in a detached outbuilding. The seller will dispose of the belongings inside these buildings. There are also sheds. They contain a lot of belongings, and these will be handed over as they are.
If you make use of the field, you can enjoy a self-sufficient lifestyle. The bath is wood-fired, but you may be able to connect the shower to a water heater to get hot water. No one has used the property for over 10 years, so it has deteriorated with age, but it is a house that still keeps out the wind and rain.

平家（約77㎡）の中は、雨漏りはしてなさそうですが、床はフワフワしています。トイレは汲み取りです。お風呂は薪風呂で離れにあります。これらの中にある物は、当方で処分します。その他、小屋もあります。その中にもたくさんの荷物があります。こちらは、そのままの状態で引き渡しになります。
畑を活用すれば自給自足を楽しめます。お風呂は薪風呂ですが、シャワーは給湯器につないでお湯を出せるかもしれません。10年以上、誰も利用していませんので、老朽化が進んでいますが、雨風はしのげるお家です。
畑と竹藪の境界あたりに、草に埋もれてお墓みたいな小さな石があります。写真にも載せています。前所有者時代から、「昔々からある物でしょうね、何か知らないけど。」という認識のようで、私もそのまま放置しています。
