建物が古いので、雨漏りやシロアリ、腐食など、その他にも不具合がある可能性があります。その点をご理解いただける方にお願いします。エアコンは比較的新しいものが付いていて、水回りも築年数のわりにはきれいな方だと思います。夏なので草が伸びており、写真よりも現在は草が多くなっています。駐車場は2台程度停められます。JR高徳線・佐古駅まで徒歩約48分、徳島バス・不動支所前まで徒歩約3分です。
古家付き土地・現況有姿での売買となります。建物については前所有者が遺贈を受けた兼ね合いで古い表題登記のみが残っており、所有権保存登記は未了です。また、過去の増築等により、登記内容と現況建物に相違があります。売主にて建物登記の変更・是正等は行わず、現状のままでのお引渡しとなります。原則、今後もいまの建物をご自身で住むことや賃貸で貸し出すことは可能ですが、取り壊しをするまでの間ずっと現在の建物の所有権保存登記をすることはできません。予めご了承ください。
