This is a two-storey wooden house that I bought in summer 2025 with the intention of using it for a minpaku (private lodging) or as a rental. I fell in love with its excellent location: a 6-minute walk to the nearest station and a 5-minute walk to a large shopping complex. After purchase, I removed all items left in the property, so it is now clean and ready for renovation or use at any time. However, I live far away and have not been able to manage it as much as I originally planned, so I have decided to pass it on to someone who will take good care of it.
There are no particular conditions for buyers. Anyone is welcome: people who want to live in it as their own home and do DIY, minpaku owners, real-estate investors, and so on.
