余生の楽しみに、夏の避暑と温泉を目的に購入した中古物件です。築40年を超えていますが しっかりとした作りで、コンパクトな室内は木張りで雰囲気は良いと思います。現状使っている物をそのまますぐに利用出来て便利と考えてる方に購入して頂けると嬉しいです。それから前に住まわれていた方の残置物が床下にそのままあります。梯子とか役には立ちそうものもあり、私の力が無いため動かせずそのまま置いてあります。
6畳4.5畳和室二間、DK9.5畳、トイレ簡易水洗汲み取り式、風呂一坪窓あり、洗面所一坪窓あり、デッキ東側にあります。残置物があるのですが、色々改めて買い揃えなくて便利と喜んでいただける方にお譲りしたいと思います。
コンパクトながら車は2台駐車できます。あと外水道や外電源が多々あり便利な点です。別荘地として多くの建物がありますが、お隣との間には道路や雑木林があり静かに過ごせます。特に前道路の秋の紅葉は見事になりお勧めできる点です。近辺に日帰り温泉も充実しており北軽の観光地鬼押し出しとかシャクナゲ園、浅間牧場とかに行くにも便利です。草津にも車で30分程度で行けます。また人気の中軽井沢のハルニレテラスまで20分程で行くことができる場所です。
歩いて行ける所に1130ホテルの日帰り温泉や子供に人気のプールもあり日々活用しやすいことと思います。近隣に飲食店が結構多い点も便利な点です。他に車で5分程度の所に子供が喜ぶおもちゃ王国やスイートグラスやルオムの森もあります。イマイチなところは大きめスーパーは近場になく車が必要です。同別荘地内は舗装道路を利用できるのですが、その道路以外の隣接する別荘地の道は、かなり状態が思わしくありません。
