This property was purchased by a relative in January 2025 (Reiwa 7) for 3,546,000 yen. He kept his yacht at Ushimado Marina near the property and bought the house with the idea of splitting his life between here and Yokohama, but he died suddenly at the marina. We are now selling it.
There is parking for 2 to 3 cars. You can reach the sea within a 5-minute walk. Within walking distance there are Ushimado Marina, a resort hotel, a good sushi restaurant, a convenience store and more. Ushimado is a countryside town, but the property sits in a residential area in the center of town.
Fixed asset tax assessment values (from the assessment certificate): land 3,202,477 yen, house 151,137 yen. The house value is low because the year of construction is unknown. If you do not mind the interior, the building is in a condition where you could move in right away.
Propane gas. Flush toilet (the septic/purification system was installed in 2024, Reiwa 6). Public water supply and public sewage. There is also a well.
A full set of furniture is included, such as a chest of drawers, sofa and refrigerator. Clearing out and cleaning have already been done. We would like the property to be purchased as is. We want to sell as soon as possible. The price is negotiable.

固定資産税評価証明書の価格は土地320万2,477円、家屋15万1,137円です。家屋が安いのは、築年月が不明のためですが、建物は、内装を気にしなければ、すぐに住める状況です。プロパンガスです。水洗トイレ（浄化設備は令和６年に出来ました）公共上下水道です。井戸もあります。箪笥、ソファ、冷蔵庫等一通りの家具は有ります。片付け掃除もしております。現状での買い取りを希望します。なるべく早く、売りたいと思っています。価格は、相談に応じます。
