Purchased in Reiwa 6 (2024) and renovated (over 10 million yen). The cafe opened in March Reiwa 7 (2025). In November 2025, my partner was given a terminal cancer diagnosis, and passed away this May. Given my age, it is difficult to continue on my own, so I have decided to put the property up for sale. I am open to selling it as a going concern with the cafe fixtures and equipment in place (nuki), or in any other form.
The kitchen equipment is brand new. Termite treatment has been carried out across the entire site. The building is roughly 50 to 60 years old.
It is in the countryside, but it is 20 minutes by car from Matsusaka Station and 15 minutes by car from VISON. It is currently open only on Sundays, but customers keep coming without a break. The cafe's good reputation led to an interview offer from a regional town magazine focused on the Tokai area, but as it was December and I was accompanying my partner (to medical care), I had to decline.

R6年購入しリフォーム（1,000万以上）、R7年3月カフェを開業しました。R7年11月にパートナーの癌による余命宣告をうけ、今年5月に他界しました。年齢的に1人でやっていくのは困難で売りに出す事にしました。居抜きという形でも、違ってもどちらでも結構です。厨房設備は新品です。白蟻駆除は全敷地施行してあります。築年数が5.60年です。
田舎ですが、松阪駅から車で20分、VISONから車で15分です。今は日曜日しか開けていませんが、お客様も絶える事なく、来店されます。店内の評判が良かったのか、東海を中心としたタウン誌から、取材のオファーがありましたが、12月だったのでパートナーの付き添いなどでお断りさせていただいた事もありました。
