This is a flat plot of land in an urban area close to Asahikawa Station, suitable for a detached house or a vacation home.
A rental house originally stood on the land, but it was cleared several years ago and the site is now vacant. The owner lives far away in the Kanto region, which makes it difficult to do anything with the land, so the owner would like to pass it on to someone who can make use of it. The land is sold as-is. 北海道第2の都市、旭川市の市街地で、旭川駅までは車で約14分の平坦地です。周りは住宅街となっており、戸建てや別荘にも良いかと思います。旭川駅よりも近文駅の方が最寄りとしては近くで、イオンモールもあります。旭川の駅前は買い物公園という大きめの商店街があったり、新たにタワマンが出来たり、将来的には北海道新幹線の終点予定地でもあります。人口減少においても北海道の中ではインフラ維持に耐えられそうな数少ない地域かと思います。
イマイチな点は旗竿形状の土地です。その為近隣の約半額にしています。税制上何かと都合の良い200㎡以下で、でも狭くない土地をお探しの人にはいいと思います。
