I would like to introduce this property at the request of an acquaintance. It is a compact single-story house in Kambara, Tsumagoi Village, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture, set in a nature-rich environment surrounded by trees. I understand that the previous owner operated it as a whole-house vacation rental. Over the past year or so, we have partially renovated the entrance, kitchen, deck and other areas. The house is currently vacant.
The biggest appeal of this property is that you can sense the forest from inside the house. The living room has a floor-to-ceiling sliding window opening onto the deck, with greenery from the trees spreading out beyond it. You can also view the forest from the window at the back, and when you open the windows you can hear birdsong and the sound of a flowing river. We think it suits those who value spending time in nature. Because the entrance, kitchen, deck and other areas have been updated, it is easy to picture daily life here despite the age of the building. The roof extends out over the parking space side, so you stay relatively dry walking from the car to the entrance even on rainy days, which is a practical advantage.

知人からの依頼で、物件の紹介をさせて頂きたく思います。群馬県吾妻郡嬬恋村、木立に囲まれた自然豊かな環境にあるコンパクトな平屋です。以前の所有者が一棟貸しの貸別荘をしていたと聞いております。去年から今年にかけて、当方で玄関、キッチン、デッキ等、一部リノベーションをしております。現状は空家です。
この物件の一番の魅力は、室内にいながら森の気配を感じられることです。リビングにはデッキへ出られる掃き出し窓があり、窓の外には木々の緑が広がります。奥の窓からも森を望むことができ、窓を開けると鳥の声や川の流れる音が聞こえてきます。自然の中で過ごす時間を大切にしたい方に向いている物件だと思います。玄関、キッチン、デッキなどに手を入れているため、古い建物ながらも生活のイメージはしやすい状態になっています。駐車スペース側まで屋根が張り出しているため、雨の日でも車から玄関まで濡れにくい点も実用的です。
一方で、築年数相応の経年感はあり、浴室や建具、外まわり、設備類などは現況でご確認いただく形になります。火災報知器がありますが、動作確認等はしておりません。また、以前貸別荘として使われていたと聞いておりますが、許認可等の確認はしておりません。再度貸別荘等として利用を検討される場合は、買主様にて必要事項の確認をお願いいたします。
