The property was owned by my parent, who passed away last year. I had been using it as a storage space for a while, but since I also have a villa and the property is on leased land, I decided I no longer need it and am selling it. 借地契約の確認、名義変更、登記関係などの各種手続きについては、引受者様側でご対応をお願いいたします。当方では専門的な代理対応はできません。地主様の連絡先は調べてありますので、現地確認の際にお伝えします。かなり古い物件のため、現地確認のうえご判断ください。早めに引き取っていただける方を優先します。
県道400号沿いでカワチが目の前にあります。コンビニもセブンイレブンが2軒近くにあり車があれば隣町にトライアルやカラオケ、ゲームセンター、ホームセンターもあります。ご近所さんも優しい方ばかりです。
その他道の駅や高速道路、塩原温泉街も近くにありかなりの好立地です。イマイチなのが借地権の部分です。地主様はとても優しいのですが独り身の私には月額34,500円は負担でした。
