Description
My parents lived in this condo, which I bought 3-4 years ago. They have returned overseas, so I am selling it. I considered keeping it as an investment property, but because I am busy I have decided to let it go.
The plumbing is the original, still in use, and shows age-related deterioration. Because this is an older building, the unit will be handed over in its current condition (as-is).
That said, a certain amount of renovation was done for my parents to live here, so if the buyer is happy with it, the unit can be lived in as it is without any problem. The floor of one room was opened up and the plumbing underneath was replaced with new pipes, but the plumbing for the building as a whole shows age-related deterioration.
Screens were not installed originally, so screen doors/window screens have been fitted wherever windows are likely to be opened. Two air conditioners were added, along with extra TV outlets, so a TV can be set up in any room. There is no separate wash basin, but a bidet toilet seat (washlet) has been installed. The floors are almost entirely flat, except in the bathroom. If any further renovation is needed, it would probably be limited to adding a separate wash basin or changing the kitchen.
I would like to sell soon. I think the location makes it easy to rent out after purchase. The price is negotiable at any time. It is close to the station, with supermarkets, a Don Quijote and other shops nearby, so it is a comfortable place to live. It is also on the 6th floor, with good ventilation and unobstructed views outside.
