My grandfather bought this land long ago. No one in the family has a use for it, so we have decided to sell. It is close to the sea and could also be considered as a base for leisure activities. The lot is currently vacant, with weeds and plantings as well as one large tree growing on the site. In addition, the resident of the neighboring property has placed some small trees (such as a quince tree) and a small brick structure on the site; these are scheduled to be removed before handover.
The neighbor mentioned above currently parks their private car on the private road (co-owned share) leading to the site. When a buyer appears, the neighbor has agreed to move their parking to their own property (after handover, please discuss where to park with the neighbor). There is a well that can no longer be used near the northwest side of part of the neighbor's building, and that portion is co-owned by the same members as the private road co-owners.

なお、敷地までの私道（共有持分）に上記隣人の方が自家用車を停めて生活されていますが、買い手様が現れた際には、ご自身の敷地内へ駐車場所を変更していただけるそうです（引き渡し後は隣地の方と車の置き場所はご相談ください）。一部隣地の方の建物の北西辺りに現在使用できない井戸があり、その部分も私道共有者と同じメンバーで共有しています。
