I inherited my family home, and it is now vacant. I have no plans to live there, so I would like to sell it. After work and on days off, I have been tidying up the garden, cleaning, and sorting through my late relatives' belongings. The house is old, but my younger brother and his wife lived there until a year ago. Personally it holds many memories for me, and although the building is old, I feel it would be a waste to demolish it. In the heavy rains of Typhoon No. 19 in 2019, many houses were flooded, but this property was not flooded. I believe Tochigi Prefecture has relatively few major disasters and is a safe place to live. The location is neither too rural nor too urban, and access to central Tokyo is reasonably good. My brother and his wife lived here until a year ago, but parts of the building may need repair. There is a well, so it can be used as household water during water outages. For drinking, the water would need to be tested and confirmed safe.

実家を相続したのですが、空き家となりました。住む予定がないので売りに出したいです。仕事帰りや休日に庭の手入れや掃除、遺品整理など後片付けをしております。家は古いですが、1年前まで弟夫婦が住んでいました。個人的には思い出があり、建物は古いですが、壊すにはもったいないと思う様な物件です。現況で買い取りが希望（建物はなるべくなら使って欲しい）ですが、その辺は要相談でお願いします。
2019年台風19号の大雨で多くの家屋が浸水していましたが、浸水しませんでした。栃木県は大きな災害が比較的少なく安全な場所だと思います。立地も田舎過ぎず、都会過ぎず都心へのアクセスもまーまーです。1年前までは弟夫婦が住んでいたのですが、建物は一部補修が必要かもしれません。井戸があるので、断水時は生活用水としては使えます。飲み水としては検査確認が必要です。
