土地が広く、登記簿上300㎡ですが、簡易測量（確定測量ではない）では400㎡ありました。温泉は引いてませんが、引いてもよい、供給可能エリア内です（温泉引くには許可とおおむね100～150万円くらいかかるそうです）。近隣はホテル、民泊だらけです。事業用としても使えるエリアです。
駐車場はありますが、正直小型の軽くらいしか入りません。前面にある駐車場に空きがあるかもしれません。敷地は接道部分と高低差があります。接道は幅員2ｍを切っています。（奥の家は車を利用していますが）前面道路42条2項道路、中心からの2ｍのセットバックで再建築可能と行政から確認を得ましたが、道路のセットバック等の工事費用がかなりかかると思います。特に駐車場部分のＲＣの駐車場撤去代、擁壁の撤去代等。近隣との確定測量はしません。
バス停からすぐです。2拠点生活されたい方、民泊運営されたい方、自分の温泉を作りたい方などにお勧めです。また、広い庭がありますので、グランピング、バーベキュー、屋外サウナ、ドッグラン、ガーデニング、家庭内菜園にご興味がある方、いかがでしょうか。
