I bought this property around June 2025 (Reiwa 7) from a Chinese investor. The house is about 100 years old and the building is old. I am a carpenter, and I had been planning to renovate it and rent it out as a shop or similar. However, I live in Kobe and the property is in Tatsuno City, so it is a long commute and I have not been able to go and do the work. As a result, it is currently vacant.
A similar large detached house nearby is listed at 45 million yen. Because this property is vacant, I would like to ask for the price below.
Selling points:
The site is large and has road access on both the north and south sides. Part of the property is rented out as a warehouse for 20,000 yen per month, so there is also rental income.
There is a rain leak in part of the main house, but it can be fixed with minor repairs.

この物件のうりは、敷地が広く北と南に接道があり、一部倉庫として月2万円で貸しています。家賃収入もあります。一部母屋に雨漏りがありますが、補修程度で修繕できます。現在前面道路まで下水道は来ています。今は汲み取り式のトイレです。
