国道356号線沿いで交通量もあり、目の前には、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーが並んでおり買い物には困りません。定食屋、焼肉屋などあり、外食にも困りません。コミュニティバスで銚子駅まで行くことも可能ですし、高速バスもあるので、東京駅へ行くことも可能です。また、利根川沿いの356号線バイパスももう時期開通する予定なので、観光される方、サイクリングされる方など人が多く見込めると思いますので、買い手様次第ではカフェにしたりとか使い方はいろいろできると思います。
横殴りの雨が降ると少し雨がしみてくる箇所を最近発見しました。現状のままで、月27,000円の消費税で考えております。値段も値段なので、内装の造作などは自由にして頂いて構いませんが、エアコンなどの備品は借主さん負担でお願いしたいです。お店でも、倉庫としても使い方自由です。空き家なので、即日OKです。契約不適合免責特約付きの契約を希望しています。よろしくお願いします。
