This is my family home. It was built in 1976 (Showa 51) and has been renovated so that it is ready to move into. It is about 60 minutes by car from Asahikawa Station.
The house has a solar power system that earns roughly 60,000 to 70,000 yen per year in electricity sales income. However, electricity used while power is being sold reduces the amount sold; that amount is offset by a lower electricity bill. If the sale of the house is agreed, the buyer must apply to have the solar power system registered in their own name. I will explain this in detail.
The surroundings are quiet, and an expressway bypass is nearby. The nearest JR station, Aibetsu Station, is 400 m away on foot, and the bus stop is at about the same location.
