岡山駅から車で15分くらいの立地に関わらずとても静かで眺め、景色が最高です。自然豊かな場所に関わらず、車で5分から10分くらいの場所には24時間スーパーが2軒通常なスーパーは3軒くらいあり、とても便利です。静かに車で便利な場所をお探しのかたには是非おすすめな場所ですが、築年数が古いため手直しが必要なところもございます。DIY物件として楽しめるかた向けの物件になります。
