This land was inherited from my parents. It is not being used at all and is only mowed a few times a year, so if someone can make use of it, I would like to pass it on at a very low price.
The land is about 150 m off National Route 29, and the road it faces is wide, with two lanes. The road connects to the route leading toward Yumesaki-cho. It is a 6-minute walk from the Mukudani bus stop (Shinki Bus), and the drive-in restaurant Ikkyu-san can be seen from the land. Timing is flexible; any time is fine.
The site has good sunlight and ventilation. If you have a car, access should not be bad. Because it is miscellaneous land (zatsushuchi) in an urbanization control area, building construction is in principle not allowed, but troublesome procedures such as farmland conversion should not be necessary. Utilities (lifelines) are probably not connected. No building has ever been built on this land.

日当たりと風通しが良いところです。車のある方なら、アクセスも悪くないかと思います。市街化調整区域の雑種地のため、原則建物の建築は不可ですが、農地転用などの面倒な手続きは不要かと思います。ライフラインはおそらく通っておりません。建物が建ったことがない土地になります。
