A convenient investment property near the riverbank where the Uesugi Festival and fireworks display are held: three detached houses on one lot, sold as an owner-change (tenanted) property.
Purchased in 2015 as an owner-change property. Of the three houses, House B was extensively renovated and a tenant moved in. All tenants are covered by a rent guarantee company, so this is a secure owner-change property. Three detached houses stand on a single plot of land.
