I took over this house from an acquaintance's company, but I have not come up with a use for it myself, so it has been left as is. The building needs a lot of work. One window frame has come off, and the kitchen roof leaks when it rains. Renovation is essential. This is not a property you can "move into as it is." The bath and toilet are separate, but the house as a whole is meant to be used while being repaired. There is no parking space, but there is monthly-rental parking nearby. It is located in the town center of Takaoka. National Route 8 is close by, and there is a fair range of restaurants and everyday facilities. I think the location is good.
Honestly, I do not recommend buying this house only because you want a cheap house. However, for people who "like fixing up run-down houses," "want to play with DIY," "want a storage space or a base," or "just want to own cheap real estate," it could be an interesting project.
This is not a finished house; it is a house you can turn into whatever you like from here. There is effort and risk involved, but I would be happy to pass it on to someone who can enjoy that. 正直、この家を「安い家が欲しい」という理由だけで買うのはおすすめしません。ですが、「ボロい家を直すのが好き」「DIYで遊びたい」「倉庫や拠点にしたい」「とにかく安く不動産を持ってみたい」という方には、面白い素材になるかもしれません。
