The estimated area based on the cadastral map is about 6 times the registered area (this was discovered after receiving an opinion from a government agency).
The owner's grandparent appears to have visited the site, but neither the owner's parent nor the owner has ever checked it in person. It has been left untouched for about 30 years since the parent acquired it, and no trouble has occurred during that time.

数年前に相続した山林です。当方は利用する予定がないため、有効活用していただけるとうれしいです。地籍図を基にした推定面積は、公簿面積の約6倍あります（某行政機関から意見をいただいたことがきっかけで判明しました）。先々代は現地に行っていたようですが、先代と当方は現地確認をしたことがありません。先代が所有してから30年ほど手つかずですが、その間にトラブルが発生した経験もございません。測量なし、現状渡しでお願いします。
