This is a forest land that I inherited several years ago. As I have no plans to use it myself, I would be glad if someone could make good use of it.
The estimated area based on the cadastral map is about three times the registered (official) area. (This came to light after an opinion was received from an administrative agency.) The owner two generations ago seems to have visited the site, but neither the previous owner nor I have ever checked it in person. It has been left untouched for about 30 years since the previous owner acquired it, and no problems have occurred during that time. The sale is without a survey and in as-is condition.
The parcel is shaped like a right-angled triangle. There is a village nearby. National Route 473 passes close by, and access is good from Motojuku (Shin-Tomei Okazaki-Higashi IC, Tomei Otowa-Gamagori IC, National Route 1) and from Gamagori (National Route 23, Gamagori IC).

数年前に相続した山林です。当方は利用する予定がないため、有効活用していただけるとうれしいです。地籍図を基にした推定面積は、公簿面積の約3倍あります。（某行政機関から意見をいただいたことがきっかけで判明しました。）先々代は現地に行っていたようですが、先代と当方は現地確認をしたことがありません。先代が所有してから30年ほど手つかずですが、その間にトラブルが発生した経験もございません。測量なし、現状渡しでお願いします。
形状は直角三角形です。集落が近くにあります。国道473号が近くを通っており、本宿（新東名岡崎東IC、東名音羽蒲郡IC、国道1号）や蒲郡（国道23号 蒲郡IC）からのアクセスが良好です。
