I purchased this property as a rental with an existing tenant (owner change). It was rented out for several years, but the tenant then moved out and it is now vacant.
The land is 180 tsubo, but bamboo grove next to it is encroaching and needs to be cut back regularly. Weeds are also growing in the garden.
The road in front of the property allows vehicle access, but because the road is narrow, it is quite difficult to enter. オーナーチェンジで賃貸物件として購入しました。数年貸していましたがその後退去され今は空き家です。土地は180坪ありますが、横の竹林がせまってきており定期的に伐採が必要です。庭の雑草も生えています。
物件前の道は車の出入りは可能ですが、道が狭いためかなり入りにくいです。また、築年数が古く大雨の影響で、屋根の軒先が落ちています。家の中も手を入れていないため、かなり傷んでおり雨漏りもあります。2階の天井は大きな梁があります。
修理費や解体費など差し引いてお安くしております。古民家アトリエや倉庫、新しく家を建てられる方など喜んでいただける方に古家付き土地 (現状維持)でお譲り出来たらと思います。
内覧の立ち合いが難しく、現在車が使えないため、物件まで直接行って家の中まで見ていただくことになります。部屋の残置物は前の入居者より撤去しました。との連絡がありましたが確認はしておりません。現状維持でお願いいたします。
